●Spastic paralysis associated with nervous system disease : cerebrovascular disorder, spastic spinal paralysis, cervical spondylosis, postoperative sequel(including cerebral tumor and spinal core tumor), posttraumatic sequel(spinal cord lesion, head trauma), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,
cerebral palsy, spinocerebellar degeneracy, spinal vessel block, subacute spinal nervous optic degeneracy, cerebrospinal disease..

●The usual recommended adult dose is one tablet three times daily.
