●Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis(degenerative arthrosis), ankylosing spondylitis.
●Inflammation and pain associated with trauma and postoperative, acute gout, renal and biliary colic.

●One ampoule once daily intramusculary by deep intramuscularly by deep intragluteal injection into the upper outer quadrant.
●If two injection daily are required it is advised that the alternative buttock be used for the second injection.
●Injection should not be give for the long time. If necessary, treatment can be continued with tablet or suppository.
●According to age, disease, symptom, the dosage may be changed.
