●Reversal agent or antagonist to nondepolarizing muscle relaxants drug
●Myasthenia gravis
●Myasthenia gravis
●For reversal agent or antagonist to nondepolarizing muscle relaxants of preand postoperative : 2~4 ampoules(0.1~0.25mg/kg)
●For myasthenic gravis of pre- and postoperative and during labor : 2~6mg by intramuscular or very slow intravenous injection
●Neonates of myasthenic mothers may have transients difficulty in swallowing, sucking and breathing : 0.05~0.15mg/kg by intramuscularly.
●Pyrinol administer parenterally one hour before completion of second stage labor enables patients to have adequate strength during labor and provides protection to infants in the immediate postnatal state.
