●Hypercholesterolemia (type IIa, IIb, III, IV) : 5∼80mg per dose once a day in the evening. Coronary heart disease:with elevated plasma cholesterol levels > 5.5 mmol/l : starting dose is 20 mg/day given as a single dose in the evening.
