Prescription Drug
Shock, oliguria, anuria due to myocardial infarction, trauma, endotoxic septicemia, renal failure and chronic cardiac decompensation as in congestive failure. Hypotension due to cardiac output reduction.
● Begin infusion of dopamine hydrochloride solution at of 2∼5㎍/kg/min by intravenously.
● In more seriously ill patients, begin infusion of dopamine hydrochloride at dose of 5∼10㎍/min increments up to a rate of 20∼50㎍/min are required.
