●Moderate and severe pain, supplement to balanced anesthesia, for pre- and
post-operative analgesia, and for obstetrical analgesia during labor and delivery

●In the case of narcotic poisoning, the dosage is 0.4~2mg intravenously repeated at intervals of 2~3 minutes.
●This dose may be repeated every 3 to 6 hours as necessary. The recommended single maximum dose is 20mg, with a maximum total daily dose of 160mg.
●The use of nalbuphine·HCl as a supplement to balanced anesthesia requires larger those recommended for analgesia. Induction doses of nalbuphine·HCl range from 0.3mg/kg to 3mg/kg intravenously to be administered over a 10 to 15minute period with maintenance dose of 0.25 to 0.5mg/kg in single intravenous administrations as required.
