●Relief of requiring opioid-analgesics
●Pre-operative and pre-anesthetic treatment
●Introduction of anesthesia

●Intramuscular, 1 to 4mg(usually 2mg) every three to four hours as needed. The effective dose is 0.5~2mg every 3 to 4 hours.
●Intravenous, 500㎍(0.5mg) to 2mg(usually 1mg) every three to four hours as needed. The effective dose is 1~4mg every 3 to 4 hours.
●According to age and symptom, the dosage may be changed.
