Spinal anesthesia for surgery : 2~4ml(10~20mg bupivacaine hydrochloride) According to age, anesthetic region, anesthetic area, tissue, constitution, physical condition, the dosage may be changed.
부피바카인은 아마이드형의 장시간 지속성 국소마취제로 메피바카인, 리도카인에 비해 2-3배나 더 긴 지속시간을 갖습니다. 명문 염산부피바카인헤비주사 0.5%는 부피바카인염산염수화물에 포도당을 용해시켜 비중을 높였습니다. 따라서 척수마취시 지주막하강에 투여가 적합하게 처방된 주사제이며 작용발현 시간이 빠르고 근이완 효과가 우수합니다.
